Commitments
Performance
Across the Gatehouse Living Group portfolio, we have
committed to 33 targeted sustainability initiatives spanning
environmental, social, and governance areas. To ensure
continuous monitoring and progress tracking, we have
implemented internal dashboard reporting.
In 2024, we successfully achieved all our commitments for
both Gatehouse Investment Management and Ascend. Despite
facing challenges in accessing smart meter data to measure
uptake, we remain dedicated to promoting the benefits of smart
meters and finding ways to increase their adoption in our homes.
