Going forward
As we move into year 2 of our sustainability strategy, our ongoing efforts will
focus on ensuring our properties achieve maximum efficiency, collaborating
with our supply chain to secure biodiversity net gains in new developments,
and increasing the number of homes equipped with solar panels.
Additionally, we will continue to inspire and engage our residents through
impactful campaigns, community volunteering, sponsorship of local schools,
and various charitable donations and initiatives. We are also dedicated to
promoting the health and wellbeing of our employees and residents, ensuring
a supportive and thriving community for all.
