Gatehouse Investment Management (GIM) was formerly the real estate
investment division of Gatehouse Bank. The business now operates in
partnership with property management firm Ascend Properties under the
Gatehouse Living Group - a vertically-integrated residential investment and
management platform - and is a leading specialist in the UK’s single-family
rental (SFR) sector.
GIM is dedicated to creating sustainable and robust SFR portfolios, providing
both fund investment and asset management services for its clients.
